COLLIGO COLLECTIVE
Took part in the Social Media Marketing process for Colligo Collective's Social Media pages, from planning content to shooting and editing them.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
THE "AMAZING CYCLING COMMUNITY"
Created and grew a Global Cycling Community page by 600% in one year with the motive of using it as a platform to maximise reach and promote Colligo Collective.

A majority of the time was spent on engaging with the community and building a relationship. They were encouraged to share any posts, reels or Instagram Stories that are cycling-related by tagging the @amazing.cycling because we would love to feature them.
With the use of AI and a lot of research on the cycling community, I created images of products that cyclists would be interested in to gain attention, resulting in an increase in reach and followers.
This also added a brand identity for Amazing Cycling, which is rare for a cycling community page, since these pages are usually used for sharing news - such as details of cycling races and new product launches. Amazing Cycling stood out by constantly engaging with the community, and creating what the community wanted with the help of AI.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Assisted in the design of Tour de Colligo, a cycling-themed board game.
Was part of all graphic designs from the game design, rulebook, cards, to the logo that gives it it's identity.

@AGLIMPSEOFRACH
When I was a Creative Intern for Rachell, I was exposed to the receiving side of PR, which was a huge eye-opener for me!
Rachell received Media Kits, Press Releases for product launches, Event Invites and Brand Guides from many brands, and I was tasked to write scripts and shoot content based on the Media Kits given with Rachell as the talent.
I would then edit the videos and it would be featured on her social media platforms.
It gave me a chance to see what goes on behind the scenes from a KOL's point-of-view! I learnt how brands contact such KOLs, as well as the discussion of deliverables and fees.
It was also when I was sure of my interest in creating fashion, beauty and lifestyle content.

Grab Singapore
THE TASK:
To produce 2 Audio-visuals for Grab, based on my research and understanding on what Grab needs.
According to my research, Grab Singapore has two official social media platforms: Instagram and Facebook. Both platforms usually show the same content as well. Thus, the infographics I designed will be published on both Instagram and Facebook.
Audio-Visual 1: Carousel-Type Infographic
When it came to content, I realised that Grab Singapore has been actively pushing out GrabPay, an e-wallet that can be found on the Grab Application. I then realised that since Grab has such a wide range of users from young teenagers to the elderly,
It is important for all users to be aware of how to use GrabPay, since the application itself doesn’t provide steps on how users can use GrabPay. I then decided to do a carousel-type infographic that would definitely suit the social media platforms and is more aesthetic as well.
Audio-Visual 2: Podcast
My second audio-visual piece is a podcast. I have decided to publish the podcast in Ask Zula’s Spotify account. Ask Zula is a podcast series by Zula Singapore where they invite people from different walks of life to talk about their personal experiences or issues faced in Singapore.
According to my research, there have been many incidents that have happened in private hire taxis where passengers were unreasonable. I decided to make Leah, the host of Ask Zula, to interview a young Grab driver in Singapore so that he can talk about his experiences as well as his views from a younger standpoint. This would entice more younger viewers to treat drivers better. As an emotion-based marketing that inflicts guilt, it will lead to behavioural change among viewers.
ATO PARTNERS
I was a part-time Social Media Manager for ATO Partners for about a year after I graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic.
There was a brand guide made by the previous team! I did quite a bit of graphic design here to keep to the theme.
I created various contents for ATO Partners to improve their social media presence to attract potential employees!
NANYANG POLYTECHNIC
My team and I managed @nypdmmm, the official Instagram account for
the Diploma in Mass Media Management at Nanyang Polytechnic, during our final year.
We worked on it from Oct - Dec 2020.
INDUSTRIAL & SERVICES
CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD (ISCOS)
Working as a Communications Intern at ISCOS broaden my perspectives on ex-offenders and their families. ISCOS is a non-profit organisation that helps ex-offenders transition to the working world after serving their time. They also help their families, such as tuition for children and financial aids for daily necessities.
My main role was to work on ISCOS' social media platforms, such as designing, video editing and copywriting. I was also in charge of photography during various events which were mainly held online during the pandemic.
My team and I were also in charge of the ISCOS Annual Report. I learnt a lot from my time at ISCOS, both personally and professionally. It was an eyeopening experience to find out what goes on behind the scenes of a non-profit organisation.
